Tiny room.

The room was maybe 200 square feet. Enough room for a bed and a tiny desk. This was the worst experience I've had. No balcony, small bathroom. $23 valet parking. Restaurant was horrible.

The room is incredibly small. No comfortable lobby. Its an apartment building used as a hotel.

Not a 4 star hotel, but an apartment building with apartments devided into small rooms.

WiFi did not work.

Great place to enjoy Coconut Grove. Very close to major attractions, but at the cost of tranquility. If you're looking for silence at 11pm, recommend you go to Boca Raton. If you're looking for a festive vibe, good price and very clean room, this is a winner! ...read more

The views from the sun deck and pool were incredible.
Short on staff at the front desk.

Great hotel just steps from Coco Walk. Fun restaurants, good shopping, and a perfect sun deck with pool/hot tub.

Loud music playing in nightclubs till 2am across street.

Hotel staff accomodating. Nightclub across street (Cocowalk) started at 11pm. Very loud. Staff were happy to move us to a room at no charge on bay side of hotel. Room larger, and views wonderful. Rooms nice and great location to restaurants and bay. ...read more

Location was pretty good for what I was doing.
Hotel was not 4 star, room was very small and not that nice, walls were dirty, etc.

Hotel was overall OK I guess, its not a 4 star. The hallway walls were dirty, there was a huge line to check in with only one person working. Just wasn't what I expected.
